Phoebe Grace
(Founder & CEO)
Phoebe Grace brings a wealth of experience to the table with six years in marketing, including her role as a PA for the Marketing Director at StockX. She holds a Marketing and Design degree with a 2:1 from the UK's top business school. Phoebe has successfully run multiple companies and invested significantly in mastering marketing funnels and streamlining systems. Her commitment to innovation is evident in her investment in AI softwares to simplify processes for clients.
Rooted in her Christian faith in Jesus, Phoebe's values guide her professional and personal life. She volunteers at her church, fostering community and spiritual growth. Outside of work, Phoebe enjoys the gym and cherishes her close-knit circle of friends, and teaches music to children on her Saturdays, which keep her grounded and inspired. Her approach to business is shaped by these experiences and values, always aiming to serve with excellence and integrity.
Benny Sweetie

At The Bloom Theory, mental health is a top priority, and we couldn't get through a day without our Benny. Whether it's a website crash or the office WiFi acting up, Benny is always there to guide us through the unpredictability of work life. During his performance review, we did have to remind him that while he's allowed multiple breaks throughout the day, he can't force Phoebe to join him on every walk. But let's be honest, those walks are often the highlight of our day! Benny's presence ensures that even the most chaotic days are met with a wagging tail and a reminder to take a breath.
